Attorney + Mom + Christ servant

Clara decided at 9 years old that she wanted to become an attorney! Talk about maturity and vision. During high school, after trying unsuccessfully to work at a burger joint and a shoe store, she found a position at a law office. At 16 years old, she thrived in the law office and this exposure solidified her dream of being a lawyer.

In July 2008, Clara encountered a goliath: the Florida Bar Exam! It was because of this seemingly insurmountable obstacle that Clara accepted Jesus Christ in her heart, truly knowing that she did not have to face the battle alone. A few days before God blessed her as a licensed attorney, He made her His own: a born-again Christian.

Clara and her husband, Ryan, welcomed their two children in 2014 and 2015. Parenting takes up pretty much most of Clara’s time outside the firm. Clara serves in the children’s ministry at Family Church and cherishes being part of her church family. When time does allow, Clara visits her native Colombia and loves traveling to see the beauty of God’s creation through nature-oriented tourism.
